What a bulk check changes
The same rows come back. What changes is that you can see which of them are worth dialling: malformed numbers corrected, duplicates collapsed to one, and numbers that can never connect - in a range Ofcom has not allocated, or the wrong length - flagged rather than dialled for months.

What does a bulk phone list check flag?
Numbers that are too short, too long or never valid in the UK; numbers in a range Ofcom has never allocated, which cannot connect; the same number written different ways, merged into one; and numbers people have reported to GotMyNumber, with how many people reported each.
Does it test whether a line is live?
No. Telling whether a line is connected needs a network lookup that this service does not run. A number that passes every check can still be disconnected.
How much does it cost?
From £0.20 a record. The price per record is £0.30 for 100 to 499 records, £0.25 for 500 to 1,999 and £0.20 for 2,000 to 9,999; for 10,000 or more we quote a custom price. You get the quote before any work starts.
How is my list handled?
We act on your instructions and use the list only to produce your results. Before any work starts we agree with you how you will send it and when we will delete it. If you need a data processing agreement, say so when you ask for a quote.
