Terms of Service

By accessing and using Got My Number (the "Service"), operated by Central Contacts Ltd (Company No. 16913912), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use our Service.

Got My Number provides a community-powered phone number lookup and verification service for UK numbers including phone number search, community reports, danger scores, phone claiming, verified badges, mystery contact resolution, and SMS verification.

You must be at least 16 years old to use our Service. If you are under 18, you confirm you have your parent or guardian's consent.

You agree to use the Service lawfully, submit only truthful reports, not submit false or defamatory reports, not harass anyone, not scrape our platform, and not impersonate others.

You confirm you have the right to verify or contact the phone numbers you submit. SMS credits are non-refundable once a message has been sent. Message delivery depends on third-party networks.

Paid features are processed securely through Stripe. All prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Unused credits may be refunded within 14 days of purchase under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

Information provided through our Service is based on community reports and publicly available data. We do not guarantee accuracy. Use information at your own discretion.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
